Diagno Platform Update | Improving Visibility – July 2026

In our latest update, Diagno has focused on improving the visibility of your portfolio and site's performance and potential issues.

Dashboard View

A highly requested feature has landed on Diagno: the Dashboard View!

Dashboard View on Diagno

You’ll be able to display your site(s) or portfolio’s live generation in a nice presentable format. This feature is only available for PRO sites.

To open this display:

  • Portfolio Dashboard: Click this link OR On the Portfolio Page > Actions > Dashboard View.
    • You can edit the chosen portfolio via a pop-up menu at the top of the page.
  • Site Dashboard: On the Site Page > Dashboard View.

Advanced Portfolio Filtering

The portfolio page now has new filter options that will allow you to view and sort through your sites with more control.

  • You’ll be able to filter sites with new unread diagnostics or any active diagnostics to better see which sites need tending to.
  • Filtering by device type is also now available. View battery-only sites for instance.
  • With the capacity range slider, you can narrow in on the size of your sites.

Cost Projection View in Fault Triage

The Fault Triage tab for the Portfolio Page has a new Projection view! This will allow you to visually determine the cost and operational risk of each fault.

With the projection slider, you’ll be able to forecast the trajectory of current faults and their potential impacts if not rectified soon.

Battery Hindsight Model Reporting

Diagno has developed its very own battery hindsight model which allows us to look at historical battery, solar, grid and load data to model theoretical optimal dispatch for your battery.

To find this, go to Reports > Battery.

Like our custom report generator, you’ll be able to customise the battery report template in a similar manner. You’ll be able to view the results in a graphical format on the Diagno portal too!

Disclaimer: This model is heavily dependent on having the required data so the accuracy and performance of your battery will be affected by missing data. Your site’s electricity tariffs also need to be configured properly on Diagno; please contact us for assistance with this if it has not been configured.
