Diagno connects to supported monitoring platforms using read-only access. We cannot control or reconfigure your equipment, and you can revoke our access through the original monitoring platform at any time. We'll be sad to see you go, though!
Diagno ranks problems by severity and persistence, helping teams focus on the issues that truly affect safety and performance. You'll be seeing better allocated service calls and fewer false alarms.
When we let you know about a performance issue, we'll also tell you how much you might be losing by leaving it unaddressed. You'll have a far easier time figuring out whether it's worth the site visit, or paying for the good contractor.
Our reports give a great overview of a system, or a portfolio as whole. But if you want to move things around, or use your branding, you can upload your own templates using placeholder keys detailed on the platform. Sort charts and tables, use your own fonts and colours, remove metrics you don't need.

Will I need to install new hardware to use Diagno?
No. Diagno connects directly with existing inverters, meters, and monitoring systems without requiring any additional hardware installation. If you don’t have any monitoring connected, we can offer resources to help you get set up.
I use a lot of device brands. Do you support them?
We support all major and many smaller monitoring brands. If we don’t support yours yet, we’d love to hear from you to help us prioritise our next integration.
How frequently does Diagno check for issues?
Diagno continually consumes data from the devices that you’ve onboarded over the day. As soon as an issue is flagged we’ll communicate it to you. For some issues, this will be within 12-24 hours.
How often will Diagno send alerts?
At Diagno we prioritise noise reduction. We never want you to receive an email that you’ll ignore – something very common with many monitoring portals. If you get an alert from us, we’re expecting that you’ll want to action it. And if you have someone else managing things you can opt out of monthly summaries and issue notifications.
