Onboarding and analysis depend on the monitoring source, permissions and history available for each system.

Allow observations to accumulate for review. We’ll collect any device history we can and analyse that too.

Prioritise items for review, coordinate qualified site work where needed and see the results appear on the platform when work is completed.

Diagno is an industry participant in the RACE for 2030 “Maximising solar ROI” project. We worked with our research partners to develop industry-leading algorithms and analysis techniques that are actively being brought onto the platform.
Diagno partnered with Waverley, Woollahra and Randwick Councils to create a Solar Health Check pilot program for eligible residents and small businesses. For systems identified as eligible, Diagno was responsible for identifying issues that were ultimately fixed for 30%.
Diagno announced that Formbay invested in the company in May 2026. We’re excited to build our partnership with them into the future as the industry matures.

Questions
Does Diagno replace the manufacturer portal?
No. Diagno complements all portals we support by centralising their data and reducing operational noise they often produce.
Can Diagno control an inverter or change its settings?
No. Diagno analyses available information but does not remotely control plants or change equipment settings.
Will every brand and model provide the same data?
Each data connection we support has its own quirks. We get the best we can out of each, and are continually working with each provider to see how we can improve the information they expose.
Are diagnostics instant?
No. Diagnostics are always staff-reviewed to both add context only a human can and eliminate false positives.
Can we start with part of a portfolio?
